First we ordered the "WORM FACTORY" and the worms...
Then we put together the factory and created a cozy environment for the worms...coir, newspaper strips, goat manure, and water.
The worms were so happy to snuggle in!
Now, each week we add all our food scraps to the bin, and after about 3 months we will have beautiful Vermicompost for our garden. How cool is that!!!!
Here is the first tray set up in our laundry room!

Thats definitely NOT what I want in my laundry room but hope it works great for you. Will Max leave them IN the laundry room??
Looks like a little boys dream (although... Mia Bella would love it too). You will have to let me know how it goes. I hope some day we will have a house in the country and get to try all of these awesome things too.
