I can hardly move. Every inch of my body is SO SORE! Wish I could say I was able to do this today, but no such luck. My memory tells me that the 2nd day is the worst. Let's hope so.This is TRUE LOVE!

Go girl! I have resolved to get rid of my baby fat and increase my energy level. Wish I had a personal trainer! :) The pain means it's working, right?
