Boise Zoo

Today, after school, we went to the Boise Zoo, an event hosted by K12. It was pretty crowded, but it was free, so we were grateful!

We quickly found the McCauley's, as one of Justin's favorite people is Josh McCauley. There is several years between them, but it doesn't phase either of them at all. They love hanging out with each other.

We spent quite a bit of time here on the giraffe slide. Amazingly, Max went down it all by himself several times. My little baby is growing up!!!


Little turtle...we took this picture for Grandma, who likes turtles and wants one for her grandkids to play with in her back yard. We thought this would be a fun one!

Oh Max...such an entertainer!

This was Max's favorite animal. He did NOT want to stop watching this cute bear! Justin loved watching the Tiger, which I didn't get a picture of unfortunately because he was SO CLOSE to us...inches away on the other side of the glass. I think I was too mesmerized by his beauty and strength. It was very cool to watch so closely.

Justin is SO good with Max. He was so good to make sure Max could see all the animals and that he had all the food and drink he needed. I really could leave Max in Justin's care. He is such a kind and thoughtful big brother. Max loves "Gee Gee."

Justin really wanted to get a picture of the Kamoto Dragon for Lincoln, but I was a little late. Sorry Lincoln.
