We have decided to introduce burritos into our Monday night menu and have them every other week with pizza on the alternating weeks. So tonight was burrito night. Geoff asked if I made the tortillas, which I answered with a proud YES! Justin brought his head up with a shocked look on his face and exclaimed, "You made these??? But, they taste NORMAL!" He couldn't believe I made them. I guess I'll take that as a compliment.
